Customer’s Goal:

“I want to cover my pool bar area with a shade structure.  I want it to be low maintenance and match my home.  I would like to see similar projects you have built in my area.  I have 3 lights I want to be mounted on the structure, so it needs to be wired for electrical.  I need HOA approval for the project.”

Project Description:

Royal Covers installed an approximately 10′ x 32′ custom Alumawood lattice patio cover.  The cover wrapped around the side of the home to cover both pool bar and side yard area.  The existing gutter and downspouts were altered to accommodate the new pergola structure.  Electric wiring was included so the customer’s lights could be mounted.
