I already referred someone to you. My neighbor saw my new pergola and they asked for your information. I am impressed with Royal Covers. The sales representative, Peter Fay, made a trip out to my place twice. The first visit he provided me the information on the product, production process, installation, and price. I was in the information gathering stage and he understood that - no pressure. He showed how knowledgeable he is of the product and it inspired confidence and a sense of trust. The second visit he helped me make a couple of revisions to my idea and I made the decision to make the purchase. Then, within the 3-week timeframe he stated, I received a call from your company to schedule a day for installation. That was good news. Then, the install team arrived early on a Monday morning with a very positive attitude. Tim and Erin were friendly, professional, and it was clear they knew what they were doing, inspiring confidence. Thank you for a wonderful experience. It is refreshing and much appreciated. We are very pleased with our new patio installed by Royal Covers. The installers were very prompt. The installation was completed on schedule and as promised. Royal Covers did a great job designing our pergolas and explaining all the options. Once it was time to install they were very communicative about the process and details. When we had a small issue arise, they were quick to problem solve and move forward. Great value for the price and they are absolutely stunning! We would definitely work with them again and refer them to anyone looking for a pergola.
