Residential backyard in Phoenix, AZ 85023.
Customer’s Goal:
“I want to extend my existing patio cover on the back of my home. My existing patio cover is wood. For the new cover I want something low maintenance. I have an existing concrete slab. I would like it to tie into my existing patio cover if possible. I will use this to shade my back door and grill area.”
Project Description:
Royal Covers installed an approximately 11′ x 13′ Alumawood patio cover extension. The patio cover extension was attached to the existing beam to allow for only 1 additional post. The 2″ x 2″ tubes on top of the lattice patio cover provide roughly 60% shade for the newly covered area.
