Our experience with Royal Covers of AZ was a 10+, from the first contact on scheduling the appointment for a quote and recommendations to following through with submitting and receiving installation approval from our HOA. Royal Covers team always kept us inform with the order process, manufacturing of the product to scheduling the installation. On the week of installation, we received the schedule for our approval and continued receiving updates to the day of installation. The installation team was professional, courteous and left us with exactly what was described in the plans. Our new awning enhanced our home and backyard, plus it allows just the right amount of sunlight. The total experience with the end results was beyond our expectations. We recently had two large patio covers installed and we are very happy with the results, they look great and i now have lots of shade in my back yard. Better than I anticipated. The designer Larry listened and worked out a good design plan. They submitted to the HOA for me and the design was approved quickly. The parts were ordered and came in quickly. The install team (Waylon's) was great, asked how I wanted various aspects along the way, and the covers ended up looking good. And they cleaned up the work area well. The office staff I talked to were pleasant and professional. I would recommend Royal Covers if you are looking for a patio cover.

I thought the salesperson, Ryan B., was very thorough in evaluating our needs and making recommendations. He also helped to navigate approval with our HOA. The installers were great, very professional and got it all done in 2 days. The covers look great and we got hail the first day they were up! great test of their durability.

Caleb and Donovan did an outstanding job of tear down and then installation of new cover for our pool pump house. The product is so clean and professional appearing. It will last for decades with minimal maintenance. The clean up was spotless. I highly recommend this product and the company providing it!
